Ingredients
- sweet potatoes - 4 cups cubed
- coconut oil - 2 tablespoons, melted
- ground nutmeg - ½ to 1 teaspoon
- salt - to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the sweet potatoes in a 9 inch by 13 inch glass baking dish. Toss with the coconut oil, nutmeg, and salt. Bake for 35 minutes, or until tender.
