Nutmeg-Roasted Sweet Potatoes | Cook It Up Paleo


 

Nutmeg-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • sweet potatoes – 4 cups cubed
  • coconut oil – 2 tablespoons, melted
  • ground nutmeg – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
  • salt – to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the sweet potatoes in a 9 inch by 13 inch glass baking dish. Toss with the coconut oil, nutmeg, and salt. Bake for 35 minutes, or until tender.
