When we first started paleo when I was 14, the food requirements weren’t too hard. Grain-free, legume-free, refined sugar-free. Now, things are a little more complicated. It seems like everyone is allergic to dairy, and so many people can’t have eggs, these restrictions being in my own family. I have at least one paleo chocolate cookies recipe, but I decided to up the ante and create a recipe that almost everyone can eat!
If you are strict AIP, you could probably sub out the cocoa for some carob and perhaps a pinch of cinnamon.
But no allergy-free recipe would be worth making if it wasn’t delicious! These paleo chocolate cookies are cakey and and chewy and sweet and chocolate-y; my family gobbled them up! Which is funny because they hate sweet potatoes but the main ingredient is sweet potato flour.

Oh yum! These look so tasty! I love that they are also so healthy and I can easily feed them to my kiddo without feeling guilty for giving him loads of sugar.
