Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
- eggs – 4
- maple syrup or honey – 2 teaspoons
- coconut flour – 1/4 cup
- flax seed meal – 1/4 cup
- salt – 1/4 teaspoon
- baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- cocoa powder – 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs with maple syrup or honey. In another bowl, stir together the coconut flour, flax, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Mix the wet into the dry until the lumps are gone. Heat some coconut oil in a skillet and spoon on the pancakes as desired. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
