Sometimes I take a step back and survey my life. I am currently sitting in my very messy room typing on my laptop the 4th blog post that I’ve written today. And it’s not just any blog post, it’s a blog post for Fat Bombs. If you had told me 6 years ago that part of my job would be telling people how to get more saturated fat in their diet, I’d have said you were crazy, and taken another bite of my brown rice with Smart Balance.
But here I am, a coconut-oil-out-of-the-jar-eating-weight-lifting-blogging 19 year old, and I couldn’t be happier.
So make these fat bombs, because fat is good for you, and because cookie dough = life.

yum, Heather! These look awesome. It’s funny how all of the information on saturated fats has changed so much over the last few years. Can’t wait to try this recipe!
