Banana Bread Bars (No Egg Whites)

- overripe bananas - 3
- egg yolks - 3
- chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- blanched almond flour - 1-1/2 cups
- coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- baking soda - ½ teaspoon
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8 inch by inch glass baking dish coconut oil.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl and mix in the egg yolks and chia seeds. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- Scrape the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread passes the toothpick test.
- Cut into squares and enjoy, preferably with softened butter.
