Ingredients
  • dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
  • coconut oil - ½ cup
  • pure pumpkin puree - ⅓ cup
  • pure maple syrup - 3 tablespoons
  • pure vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • kosher sea salt - for sprinking
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except for salt.
  2. Heat on medium heat, stirring, until just melted. Remove from heat and pour into an 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with some kosher salt.
  4. Freeze for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
  5. Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
