Pumpkin Fudge

Yield: 1 8 inch pan
- dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
- coconut oil - ½ cup
- pure pumpkin puree - ⅓ cup
- pure maple syrup - 3 tablespoons
- pure vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- kosher sea salt - for sprinking
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except for salt.
- Heat on medium heat, stirring, until just melted. Remove from heat and pour into an 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with some kosher salt.
- Freeze for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
- Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
