Cassava Rolls

Yield: 8 rolls
- warm water - ⅓ cup
- active dry yeast - 2-1/2 teaspoons
- honey - 1 tablespoon
- olive oil - ¼ cup
- eggs - 4
- cassava flour - 1-1/4 cups
- coconut flour - ¼ cup
- salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mix the water with the yeast, honey, and oil. Whisk in the eggs.
- Add the flours and salt and mix well.
- Form into 8 rolls (will be sticky) and place in a greased 9 inch by 13 inch glass baking dish.
- Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
