Ingredients
  • warm water - ⅓ cup
  • active dry yeast - 2-1/2 teaspoons
  • honey - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - ¼ cup
  • eggs - 4
  • cassava flour - 1-1/4 cups
  • coconut flour - ¼ cup
  • salt - ½ teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Mix the water with the yeast, honey, and oil. Whisk in the eggs.
  2. Add the flours and salt and mix well.
  3. Form into 8 rolls (will be sticky) and place in a greased 9 inch by 13 inch glass baking dish.
  4. Let rise 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
