In a large skillet, melt 1 T. butter. 2. Add the onions, broccoli, olives and mushrooms. Saute until onions are tender. 3. While the veggies are cooking; prepare the kelp noodles; drain them and place in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with water. Microwave for 4-5 minutes. Set aside but do not drain yet. 4. Add the garlic, basil and nutmeg, along with another Tbsp. butter to the vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes. 5. Now you can drain the kelp noodles in a colander (don't rinse). Add them to the sauteing veggie mixture along with another Tbsp. or so of butter. 6. Saute for 5 minutes or so. 7. Salt to taste and add some more butter if you are so inclined; they are not called buttered noodles for nothing! :)
