Ingredients
  • eggs - 4
  • coconut oil - ½ cup, melted
  • coconut cream - ¼ cup
  • coconut flour - 6 tablespoons
  • psyllium husk powder - ¼ cup
  • baking soda - ½ teaspoon
  • salt - pinch
  • sesame seeds - for top
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large cookie sheet with some coconut oil.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the coconut oil and coconut cream.
  3. Stir in the coconut flour, psyllium powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Divide into 6 balls (the dough will be pretty wet; it's not like regular bread dough) and drop on the cookie sheet (I do literally drop the balls of dough; it creates a nice bun shape). Flatten out a bit.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
