Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet with a little coconut oil.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the tahini, egg yolks, and maple syrup.
Add the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
Mix in the chocolate.
Drop my tablespoonfuls on to the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
