  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a muffin pan with a bit of coconut oil.
  3. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and stir in the eggs and butter.
  4. Add the cassava flour, baking soda, and vinegar and mix.
  5. Fold in chocolate.
  6. Scoop into 6 muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
