¼ cup pecan butter or other creamy nut butter (like almond)
Instructions
Crust:
In a small bowl, combine the coconut flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup and mix together with fork.
Press evenly into the bottom of a 8"x8" glass baking dish.
Coconut butter mixture
Place the coconut butter and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl and warm for a few seconds; mix together. Should be fairly runny.
Assembly/fillings:
On top of the coconut flour crust, layer, ¼ cup chocolate chunks, ¼ cup macadamia nuts, and ⅓ cup coconut flakes. Pour ½ of the coconut butter/maple syrup mixture evenly over the top.
Repeat the layer with the other ¼ cup chocolate chunks, ¼ cup macadamia nuts, ⅓ cup coconut flakes. Drizzle the pecan butter evenly over, and top with other ½ of coconut butter/maple syrup mixture.
Sprinkle with some extra coconut flakes if you like.
Chill until set.
Cut into bars. Keep leftovers chilled.
