Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, maple syrup, egg and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix together well.
  4. Fold in diced peaches.
  5. Rub a glass pie pan (or other pan) with coconut oil and pour in batter.
  6. Add sliced peaches on top.
  7. For topping, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil. Crumble over cake.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until slightly golden.
