Crust:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of an 8”x8” glass baking dish.
  2. Filling:
  3. In a food processor combine the filling ingredients and process until smooth.
  4. Spread over crust.
Topping:
  1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil just until melted but not hot; spread over filling.
  2. Top with coconut and a bit of sea salt.
  3. Freeze until and set and cut into pieces.
  4. Enjoy!
