Maple Pecans with Cinnamon | Cook It Up Paleo

Maple Pecans with Cinnamon

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • raw pecan halves – 1 cup
  • pure maple syrup – 2 tablespoons
  • ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • pure vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
