No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

March 25, 2015 by Heather Resler

I sent out a poll on my Facebook page a couple days ago:

No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies | Cook It Up Paleo

Within 24 hours, I had lots of votes.  The race was close, but the No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies eventually won the day with 12 votes to 10 for the meatballs.

I must admit that you who voted chose well.  These no bake chocolate chip cookies are simply amazing, and so easy to make.  And they only have 5 ingredients! The cookie base has no added sugar; the sweetness of the chocolate chips determines the sweetness.

These high in healthy fats from the almond butter and coconut flakes and coconut oil.  An energizing treat for sure!

I could almost see making these in an 8 by 8 glass baking dish.  No-bake blondies, anyone?

Hiya H, these look fantastic! Currently rocking the “keto” thing so watching carbs like a hawk. Do you have the nutritional information? Thanks!
