Just downloaded your new muffin in a mug book. Have a question, the sandwich bread recipe has canned coconut milk two times one for 2Tablespoons and another 1 Tablespoon. Is that a mistake?
Please help would like to make it soon.

Oops it is supposed to be 2 tablespoons, although it’s not a finicky recipe and would work with 1, 2 or 3 tbsp! Thanks for letting me know!
