Peppermint Paleo Chocolate Custard | Cook It Up Paleo

Peppermint Paleo Chocolate Custard

Ingredients
  • dark chocolate – 3.5 oz.
  • canned full-fat coconut milk – 1 can, unopened, chilled overnight
  • raw honey – 2 tablespoons
  • pure peppermint extract – 1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Open the can of coconut milk and scoop out just the coconut cream on the top of the can. Mix the chocolate with the coconut cream, honey, and peppermint extract. Pour into serving dishes (make servings small; this is a rich dessert.) Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
