Ingredients
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- onion - ½ cup chopped
- carrot - ½ cup chopped
- mushrooms - 1 cup sliced
- garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- canned tomato sauce - 15 oz.
- tomato paste - 6 oz.
- dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- dried basil - 1-1/2 teaspoon
- dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
- onion powder - ½ teaspoon
- ground beef - 1 pound, cooked in a skillet
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the onions, carrot and mushrooms. Saute until tender and then add in the garlic. Saute a couple more minutes. Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, basil, onion powder and ground beef. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve grain free noodles of choice.
